Leky yam gives you the same natural indigenous African taste. An extract from the best quality of Nigerian yams, which is pre-cooked and preserved with all natural preservatives that keep it fresh all year round while frozen.

How to prepare

– Heat up vegetable oil to (170°C).  Gently put yam chip in hot oil.

– Fry yam chips in hot oil for 3 mins. Occasionally check for desired texture/color.

– Once yam is fried, strain to remove oil. Add salt to yam chips, serve with your choice of sauce/eggs.
